The Women's Foundation of Southern Indiana chooses a new platform issue every year/two years and focuses its education and grantmaking on said key community issue.  Empirical research is conducted and periodically updated to ensure that decisions made regarding platform selection and promotion on behalf of the Advisory Board are based on facts and figures.
